About these terms

These terms are the agreement between you and Steam Account Helper ("SAH", "we", "us") for using this site and buying a license. Our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy are part of this agreement. If you do not agree, do not check out or install the app.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live. You may not buy for someone we have blocked. You are responsible for keeping your order page link, license key, and delivery email private. Anyone with those can use your purchase.

What you are buying

You buy a lifetime license for the Steam Account Helper Windows app. After payment confirms, you get a license key and the current installer by email, and you can also see the order on your order page. Read the product page before you pay. That is what you are buying.

SAH is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Valve or Steam. Their trademarks belong to them. You stay responsible for following Steam's own rules.

License and one PC

The license is for personal use on one Windows PC. For security reasons SAH stays on that machine. Do not install it on another PC, share the key, or resell a retail license without our approval. Activation and device binding are enforced by our license system.

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or sublicense the software except where the law says you can. We may revoke a license used for fraud, abuse, or clear breach of these terms.

Resellers and affiliates

Authorized resellers may sell lifetime keys they buy through our reseller program (API / prepaid balance), under the terms we agree with them on Discord. Retail shop buyers are not resellers and may not run their own key shop with a normal license.

Affiliates promote SAH with a personal referral link we issue. Commission is tracked on attributed sales and paid out manually under the rates we set with that partner. Affiliates do not get a license to resell keys unless they are also an approved reseller.

Details for each program are on /resellers and /affiliate. We can suspend a partner for fraud, chargebacks, or misuse of keys or referral links.

Payment

Prices show in EUR. Online checkout takes crypto through our payment provider. You must send the exact amount on the network shown before the invoice expires. Crypto payments are irreversible once confirmed. Wrong asset, wrong network, or late payment can fail or delay the order.

PayPal is not in the automatic checkout. If you want PayPal, open a Discord ticket before you pay and wait for our instructions. You are responsible for taxes or wallet fees on your side. Fulfillment starts after payment is confirmed.

Delivery

Delivery normally follows soon after a confirmed payment. The key and download show on the order page and go to the email you gave at checkout. Keep that email and order ID. Unpaid invoices expire and cancel on their own.

Digital content and cancel rights

A license key is digital content. Once the key is shown to you, it cannot be returned like a physical product. Where a consumer cooling off right exists, such as a 14 day withdrawal right in the EU, it can apply to digital purchases.

By placing the order and choosing immediate delivery, you ask us to start right away and you acknowledge that you lose that cooling off right for the license once the key has been shown to you. Orders that never delivered keep their refund rights.

Refunds

After a key is delivered, purchases are generally final. Full refund rules are in our Refund Policy. Open a Discord ticket with your order ID if something went wrong.

Acceptable use

Do not use the store or the app for anything illegal, and do not try to defraud us or our payment providers.

• No chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith. Message us first.
• No bypassing fraud checks, rate limits, or checkout controls.
• No sharing keys, farming keys, or unauthorized reselling outside our reseller program.
• No installing SAH on more than one PC or trying to reset device binding yourself.
• You are responsible for how you use Steam accounts inside the app and for Steam's rules.

We may refuse, hold, or cancel an order, and we may block an email, wallet, or region, if we see fraud or abuse.

Your data in the app

Login data you store in SAH stays encrypted on your PC. We do not host your Steam passwords on our servers. If you lose that machine or wipe it, we cannot recover local data for you.

Disclaimers

The site and the app are provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted service, perfect compatibility with every future Steam or CS2 change, or any specific outcome from using the tool.

We are not responsible for Steam outages, bans, or account actions taken by Valve or by anyone else outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost accounts, progress, or local data.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including mandatory consumer rights where you live.

Indemnity

You agree to cover us for reasonable losses and claims that come from your misuse of the store or app, your breach of these terms, or your violation of Steam's rules or the law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes take effect when posted. Buying or using SAH after that means you accept the current terms.

General

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term right away, that is not a waiver. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement for your use of the store and the license.
