Refund Policy

This policy covers refunds for Steam Account Helper lifetime licenses. It sits next to our Terms of Service.

Failed delivery

If payment is confirmed but we cannot deliver a license key, you get a refund. You do not pay for a key you never received.

What is eligible

• A payment confirmed where no key was delivered.
• A duplicate or accidental double charge for the same order.
• A payment taken where no order was created on our side.

What is not eligible

• Change of mind after the license key has been shown to you.
• Problems caused by installing SAH on more than one PC, or by sharing a key or selling a retail key without our reseller program.
• Issues from Steam, Valve, or game updates after a working delivery.
• Lost local login data on your PC. That data stays on your machine.
• Orders linked to fraud, abuse, or a breach of our Terms.
• Finding the same product cheaper somewhere else.
• Reseller API keys once issued to the reseller, unless we failed to deliver the keys you paid for from prepaid balance.
• Affiliate commission disputes after you already accepted the payout terms for that partner.

Your cooling off right

Where consumer law gives you a cooling off right for digital purchases, such as the 14 day right of withdrawal in the EU, it normally applies. By choosing immediate delivery at checkout, you ask us to start straight away and accept that you lose that right once the license key has been shown to you.

Anything that was not delivered keeps its full refund rights, and none of this removes mandatory consumer protections where you live.

Reseller balance

Prepaid reseller balance is for buying keys through the API. If keys were not delivered for a paid draw, we restore balance or otherwise make it right. Used balance for keys that were delivered is not refundable as cash by default. Ask on Discord if something looks wrong.

How refunds are paid

Eligible refunds are handled case by case through Discord support. Crypto refunds, when we issue them, go back by crypto where that is practical. There is no store balance or gift card credit on this site.

Crypto payment issues

Send the exact amount on the network shown before the invoice expires. Wrong asset, wrong network, underpayment, or a late payment can fail or delay the order. Open a Discord ticket with your order ID and the transaction hash and we will look into it.

Chargebacks and abuse

If something is wrong, contact support first. A Discord ticket is faster than a payment dispute.

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving a working license key is fraud. It may lead to license revocation and a block on future orders. We may share the delivery record with the payment provider to contest it.
