Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you use Steam Account Helper, why, and who we share it with. We keep data collection to what an order, license delivery, and basic fraud protection actually need. Our Terms of Service and Refund Policy cover the purchase rules.

What we collect

  • Order details: the plan, amount, payment status, order ID, and license delivery records.
  • Email: so we can send your license key and installer, and so you can find the order again.
  • Network data: your IP address and basic request logs, used to screen for fraud and enforce rate limits.
  • License activation: what our license system needs to keep SAH on one PC.
  • Support messages: anything you send us on Discord.
  • Reseller accounts: name, contact email, API key metadata, prepaid balance, and keys sold through the reseller API.
  • Affiliate partners: display name, contact email, referral code, commission rate, and which shop orders were attributed to that code.

Crypto payments go through our payment provider (NOWPayments). We receive transaction references and confirmation status, not your wallet seed or private keys. Steam login data you store in the app stays encrypted on your PC. We do not upload those passwords to our servers.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser storage to keep the site working, protect checkout, and keep admin sessions signed in. If you open a referral link with ?ref=, we set a short referral cookie (about 30 days) so a later checkout can credit that affiliate. Our payment provider may set its own cookies when checkout or donation pages load.

How long we keep it

Unpaid orders expire on their own. Delivered orders and license records stay long enough to honor the purchase, handle disputes, and meet basic accounting needs, then they age out. Support messages stay while the ticket is useful.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about an order, or ask us to delete what we can, through our Discord. Use the checkout email and order ID when you write. Some records may need to stay longer for fraud prevention or legal reasons.

We do not sell your data.
